Black Hat London required a robust LED and AV solution to support key feature areas within the ExCeL exhibition space. These areas needed to handle continuous use across the event, accommodate high footfall, and operate reliably within a busy live environment.
The brief included two live stage areas with LED screens for presentations and talks, alongside a visually striking cube LED installation designed to stand out on the show floor and act as a clear focal point for attendees.
All installations needed to integrate cleanly within the wider exhibition build while meeting venue requirements and operational timelines.
LED House delivered three core LED feature areas as part of the event build.
Two stage installations were equipped with large-format LED screens to support speaker sessions, live content, and presentations throughout the show. These stages were designed for continuous operation, with clear sightlines and reliable performance across long show days.
In addition, we delivered a cube LED screen installation positioned as a standout visual feature within the exhibition space. The cube provided 360-degree visibility, drawing attention from multiple angles and creating a strong visual anchor on the show floor.
Our team managed installation, configuration, and technical delivery across all three areas, ensuring consistent performance throughout the event.
The LED installations played a central role in supporting content delivery and audience flow across Black Hat London. The stage screens enabled clear, reliable presentation environments, while the cube LED installation provided a distinctive visual landmark within the exhibition hall.
All systems operated consistently across the event, supporting high visitor numbers and continuous use. The project demonstrated LED House’s ability to deliver multiple complex LED features within a large-scale, live exhibition environment.
